UK Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped, subjects to stock availability within 48 hours of the order being placed.
All orders are fully tracked, please get in touch with us at hello@studiolucent.com should you have any questions on your delivery.
Our UK Standard delivery service with our couriers including: DPD/Parcelforce - 2 to 4 working days - £5.50
Our Premium Delivery service with our couriers inc. DPD/Parcelforce 1 to 2 days service (Not available for Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles.) - £10.00
Once you have placed an order with us:
A confirmation email will be sent, please check your delivery details and notify us if any details are incorrect. Please note, once your package has been despatched we cannot change your delivery details. Once your parcel is on its way to you we will send you a second email with details ad your tracking information.
All parcels are fully trackable and insured. Please note that delays in the postal service are out of our control. If you have not received your order within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us.
Taxes & Duties
For purchases outside the UK,
International Delivery
Studio Lucent is based in the UK, please note any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination is not included in the delivery cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
We use Royal Mail 'International Tracked & Signed' service to deliver your packages outside the UK. Please note delivery is approximately 7 to 10 working days and this can be longer during busy periods. All parcels are fully trackable and insured. Please note delays in the postal service are out of our control.
Currently we are able to ship to the following EU countries:
Ireland, France, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Germany, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Isreal, Belgium, Poland, Hungary - £23.00
Online Returns
We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind, your item can be returned for a full refund within 28 days. If the item is new and unused, with all the labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging, you’ll get a no fuss full refund.
